April 11th, 12th & 13th, 2025.
(Friday games for local teams only)

-Official Roster (must match the roster we received)
-Emergency Release Forms for every rostered player
-Game cards in jersey order (4 cards)
-Laminated Player ID Cards or Official Photo Roster
